Aaron advises and represents exclusively employees in matters involving retaliation, wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment. His experience includes jury trials and bench trials in employment cases, as well as other practice areas, including business, probate, and landlord-tenant. Aaron is an Arbitrator for the attorney/client fee dispute program of the Bar Association of San Francisco, and a Judge Pro Tem for the San Francisco Superior Court. He served on the Executive Committee for the Solo and Small firm section of the San Francisco Bar Association. Since 1999, he has volunteered as a Supervising Attorney with the Legal Aid at Work. He is a member of several legal organizations, including SFTLA, CELA, BALIF and the Employment Section of the San Francisco Bar Association. He also is a member of ProVisors, a community of professionals who serve their clients as trusted advisors and share the highest standards of integrity, performance, and accountability.
Previously Aaron was a partner with Mattingly & Minnis LLP, a general civil litigation practice. Aaron graduated cum laude from Santa Clara University, where he studied history and political science. He participated in the Santa Clara Rowing team for four years. Aaron attended law school in Washington D.C. at American University, Washington College of Law, where he obtained his law degree. In 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, Aaron was selected as a Northern California Super Lawyer in Employment Litigation (Plaintiff). In 2011, 2012, and 2013, he was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star. He has a “10 Superb” AVVO rating.
